Policy/Procedure:

• Employee Eligibility Verification (Form I-9 and E-Verify) Procedure

Effective Nov. 19, 2020, Lowe’s will transition Form I-9 and E-Verify management from Lowe’s Career Portal Onboarding to Equifax Compliance Center. All Form I-9 and E-Verify tasks will now be completed within Equifax Compliance Center. 

The resources below provide additional information on the Form I-9 and E-Verify process and navigating the Equifax Compliance Center (I-9 Management).

Equifax I-9 Management System

Section 3 is only completed in certain circumstances and should not be used for a rehired associates.

IBM Onboard Manager

For remediation of any existing Forms I-9 and E-Verify cases within IBM Onboard Manager. Any associate hired on or before Nov. 18, 2020 will complete their Form I-9 and E-Verify tasks within IBM Onboard Manager.
